Kathmandu | Patan | Bhaktapur | Chitwan | Pokhara

Day 01 Arrive Kathmandu
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our representative & transferred to hotel. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 02 Tour Kathmandu
Shweta Varahaswamy Temple  MysoerAfter breakfast visit Durbar Square - a Royal Palace built by Malla Dynasty in 16th century. This old Durbar still the home of rituals till the last King of Shah Dynasty. Kumari - a living Goddess Buddhist pagoda style monastery where a Goddess lives all the year round, a multi roofed pagoda Kasthamandap - was built during Malla period, made by a single tree from which the capital city derived its name as Kathmandu. Nearby is Basantpur Palace - a nine storied pagoda built by King Prithiv Narayan Shah, the first ruler of Shah Dynasty. Later drive towards Swayambhunath - located on top of the hill constructed by dynasty in AD 460. There are 211 prayer wheels surrounding the stupa and is one of the most pilgrim center. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 03 Patan & Bhaktapur
Today proceed to Patan - also known as Lalitpur, a city with nearly two hundred beautiful temples artisans skilled craftsmanship. The city encompasses Buddhist monasteries, Hindu temples with superbly crafted metal gateways and exquisite carvings. See artistic wooden carved balconies, windows full of artisance curio shops around etc. Continue touring Bhaktapur - it has retained middle age character, wandering around the city is a pleasant experience with numerous temples. Visit Durbar chowk, the Golden gate, the palace of windows, Vatsala & Durga temple, Nyatpola temple (five storey temple), Dattatraya temple, Bhairava Nath temple, National Art Gallery, Taumadhi Square. Evening return for overnight at Kathmandu.


Day 04 Kathmandu - Chitwan (04 hrs)
After breakfast drive to the Royal Chitwan National Park. On arrival, you will be transferred to your jungle lodge. Afternoon game drive either by jeep or on elephant back, through the rolling grasslands, in search of wildlife indigenous to the park. Evening is at leisure in Chitwan.

Day 05 In Chitwan
Today spend the day in the wild. Early morning elephant back safari through the dense grasslands that are a habitat for the rhinoceros, wild boar tiger and other mammals. Enjoy a boat ride observing the abundant wildlife which includes marsh crocodile, fresh water dolphin, otter and a wide variety of birds. Late afternoon game drive includes a visit to the elephant camp accompanied by a naturalist. Overnight at Chitwan.

Day 06 Drive to Pokhara (04 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Pokhara - an enchanting natural paradise proffers a heavenly beauty and serenity for the inquisitive travellers. The valley is of 124 square feet, the home of a numbers of lakes including the most renowned Phewa Lake, offers amazing view of the Annapurna range include Annapurna I and VI, Annapurna South and Machhapuchhare. On arrival check in. Evening is at leisure. Overnight at Pokhara.


Day 07 Tour Pokhara
This morning trek to the World Peace Pagoda - a massive Buddhist stupa which was constructed by Buddhist monks from the Japanese Nipponzan Myohoji Organisation. Besides being an impressive sight in itself, the shrine is a vantage point which offers spectacular views of the Annapurna range and Pokhara city. Continue on foot and take a boat ride on Phewa lake. Overnight at Pokhara.


Day 08 Departure
After breakfast transfer to Kathmandu airport (05 hrs) for your onward flight.
